Description |
A nice thumbnail sized reference sample of this uncommon silver group mineral from the Bisbee mine in AZ. This mineral is one of a small number known to contain the halogen element bromine as part of its chemical formula, making it a rather unique species. Bromine is one of only 2 elements that are liquid at room temperature, along with mercury, and is the only nonmetal element with this unique property. |
