Description |
A unique and attractive sample of crystallized roselite on matrix. The interlaced, disorganized prismatic crystals of roselite generously coat a central vug running along the front of this fine minature specimen. This calcium cobalt arsenate material is closely related to wendwilsonite and erythrite, and may occur in association in specimens from this geologically diverse underground silver cobalt mine in central Morocco, which has been in operation since 1928. |
