Description |
A nice example of the iridescent variety of root beer brown fluorite which comes from this sought after locale in Ohio, just south of the westernmost extent of Lake Erie. This sample shows interesting bluish to copper toned iridescence. The Stoneco white rock quarry has been producing examples of distinctive fluorite and celestite from this location since at least the 1880's or earlier. |
