Description |
Most material marketed as ladder is actually a member of the jade group called Nephrite. In this offering we bring you several tumbled specimens of Guatemalan Jadeite also known as true jade in varying hues from a moss green, to dark teal blue with yellow to beige ground mass on some pieces. Not only does this material represent the pest form of jade, it's far more affordable than the material that comes out of Myanmar, and the material is collected from river banks instead of dangerously mined and traded through exploitive economic structures that plague southeast Asia. When you order you will receive one randomly selected piece of this exceptional material. |
