Description |
This is a fine little cluster of somewhat cloudy Amethyst has good, but subdued lavender coloration in the well defined crystals. This piece is from the vicinity of the famous, rough-and-tumble 19th century silver mining and gambling town that is now a tourist attraction for it's old-west style historical re-enactments and virtually unchanged 150+ year old downtown district, complete with wooden sidewalks and hitching posts, just 30 minutes from Reno, NV. |
